We will not work with agents who conduct themselves otherwise or act in ways that are unprofessional or outside of industry responsibilities and requirements. If, during the purchase process or rehab process, an Agent acts against their expected fiduciary responsibilities or acts in an unprofessional manner the 5% Listing offer becomes null and void.
