Berkeley has a wide variety of home styles and we are very excited about this 1935 Cottage Home in the Berkeley Hills. We will be doing a full gut renovation to modernize the interior while keeping with the original charm. It’s not often we get a home with so much original charm, this will be a really fun project!
The hillside home has a wonderful view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. We will be capturing this view with a back wall of glass french doors and picture windows opening up to an ample redwood deck. Truly it will be a stunning experience from within the home!
